> **Pros**: The customer sessions. The sessions of your website visitors are being captured and you can really use that to your benefits. It is so nice to see what people are doing, clicking on and, especially, ignoring or don't understand.

There's no need to click endlessly to find what you need, which makes it super user-friendly. A great bonus— and a pleasant surprise— is that customer sessions are automatically recorded. This allows me to filter by page or page type and see exactly what visitors look at, click on, or ignore. These insights are incredibly valuable and truly help improve your website.
