Oh, you can use Audacity to speed up your sessions and save on minutes.

> **Cons**: Customer service. I have a deadline to get my notes in like most therapists. I messaged and emailed over and over for help because I could not get more minutes. No one responded. I had to find another system to use. Now they won't refund my money.

> At first they were excellent. But their customer service is terrible. If I can't get my notes done because of a mistake on their end, I'm up shlt creek. But they won't refund my subscription. No one responds. I don't get paid if my notes aren't in on time. And if I can't reach them for help,  my notes aren't in and I don't get paid. Their customer service is the worst.

The current con I deal with is that the AI has a tendency to change gender pronouns to they/them, which often requires editing. On the positive side, I have been told that pronouns are being addressed in a future update.
