Instead of watching every recording from beginning to end, the AI automatically highlighted the most important moments, generated transcripts, and summarized key themes. The AI moderator also asked relevant follow-up questions that uncovered insights we probably would have missed. The platform has made our research process much faster and easier to share with stakeholders.

We also would like to see additional customization options for exported reports and dashboards so they can better match the way we present findings internally. These are relatively small improvements compared to the overall value the platform provides.
