The customer service has been great any time we have reached out with questions. They respond in a timely manner - and have been able to help resolve problems.

Under allowed us to customize and embed our application with drag and drop fields, decreasing the number or repetitive information we need across multiple documents, and increasing the completion % of appilcations.

> **Cons**: There's a bit of a learning curb to understand how the system interacts from the online form builder, to PDF Mapping, and adding features like conditional logic.
> 
> I was really impressed with not only the Aestheics of the product and how modern it looks and feels, but then the team's patience during the onboarding process to teach us the best practices.
