- Threat intel, reports and provided IOCs are very helpful.
- Good for monitoring phishing domains / Brand monitoring for your Domain. 
- Helps with identified phishing domain takedowns.

> **Cons**: - GUI login issues at time due to MFA failures even when providing correct passcodes. Need to clear out browser cache to re-login.

- Can't directly search for an IP address, domain, or users from the incident search bar to see all the related incidents.

- Limited Knowledge base documentation
