> **Pros**: It's quick to figure out and quite easy to use. I think the best feature is having saved preferences so that the booking process can be super quick when you have a regular desk and work hours.

> **Cons**: My only two criticisms are very minor. Firstly, when I open HybridHero it will consistently show the logged in dashboard page for a few seconds (up to date with the correct day \&amp; time etc.) and then log out before I can do anything like checking in to a booking. Secondly, it would be great to have an additional option when saving a booking for the same day to save \&amp; check in. This would be ideal for the times when making a booking for a desk you're already at, reducing the amount of times I make a booking on the day but forget to check in. Alternatively, the check in \&amp; check out buttons could be different colours or in different locations so that they don't look identical at a glance.

I also love the push notifications for upcoming bookings - it's become even easier to check-in, and much less likely that I will have my booking expire due to my forgetfulness\!

> **Cons**: It would be really neat if we could see who had booked desks from the floor plan on the mobile app. If I am booking while I'm out and on my phone, I can't see who has booked the desks and sometimes that is information I need to know\!

> **Cons**: Would like a reminder to check in as the booking is removed if you forget to check in. It would be good to have an option to keep yourself logged in as well.

> Mostly really positive, it doesn't feel particularly high tech but it does what it needs to do. It is very easy to use and seems very stable.
