> **Pros**: 1. Quite structured in the approach - covering all the steps and processes&#10;2. But for some internal challenges where someone quit and hence delayed the execution, the rest of steps were provided with timely support and clarification&#10;3. The personnel who were engaged with us were quite clear on their scope of activity \&amp; details. They were able to provide clarifications on key topics that helped progress with our analysis / updates on-time.&#10;4. There was a bit of churn internally in scrut that caused delay, but once \[sensitive content hidden\] was onboarded, she immediately helped to stabilise the project, and worked to speed-up things for the times lost. \[sensitive content hidden\] brought in the much needed timeliness to complete the activities

> **Cons**: 1. During initial phases of project we were working with one IT analyst of Scrut - all details were provided to her as part of the audit process. But suddenly we got to know later that she has resigned and moved on from Scrut, and we were asked to provide all these details once again to the new IT infosec analyst. This caused a severe re-work and delay in our execution - at least by 2 to 3 weeks. will be good if client handholding can be done proactively &#10;2. In two instances the team took longer time to just clarify and update on the policies - it took more than one week to get the updated policies per the finding shared with Scrut&#10;3. In may policy documents, there were a lot of typos, grammatical mistakes and errors - which I had to personally correct. will be good if those can be standardised&#10;4. Also, will be good if the platform can have a feature where we can enter all the team details (like CTO, DPO, ISG etc) and these details get automatically reflected in all the relevant policy documents (than manually doing in each document)&#10;5. We lost a lot of time awaiting Scrut's response on some clarifications / updates to policy documents etc., Will be helpful if those can be closed faster.

The structure preparing for internal readiness, internal audits and then readying for the external audit is oriented towards ensuring success of the activities. I would like to thank \[sensitive content hidden\] for coming in mid-way, and picking up from where the earlier team left - she's been instrumental and patient in walking us through all the steps in detail, bringing in the clarity and timely closure. She has managed the transition very well and sorted the internal drop-off very well and pushed to get the final audits closed within 2025.
