I'm used to having to wait for chatbots, but there was a live person on AppealMaker who was immediately responsive. Not only did they help me with the initial setup, but when we realized the next week that we had missed a couple of dozen important recipients, AppealMaker's team worked with me to quick-drop and overnight the letters so I could get them in the mail by the end of the week. The end product was clean and professional, and something I was proud to send to our donors. Especially for the time and money involved (which weren't much\!), this was a GREAT product, and I'm excited to work with them on future mailings. > > **Cons**: I honestly can't think of any cons - the whole experience was great. If you're new to AppealMaker, one important thing you should know (which they do cover in their orientation session \[which you should definitely do\]) is that your project has to be submitted by 4 PM Tuesday for a Friday mailing.
