Data privacy and system protection appear well-prioritised, giving businesses confidence in safeguarding sensitive information while using AI.

> **Cons**: The pronunciation is a bit challenging especial in my country language (South Africa). Improving pronunciation accuracy and expanding reporting tools would strengthen its value for money. While I have not interacted with customer support (waiting for their response), quicker turnaround on minor issues I hope would enhance the experience, support is a very critical area in any situation.

> **Pros**: It is quite easy to set up campaigns by following 6 very simple steps. It allows you to choose if you want to have the human-like character displayed next to the embedded chat flow on a website or not. It easily integrates with Zapier and there is a plugin from HumanBot to allow ease of setup of the trigger and action workflow in Zapier. The training videos comprehensively cover most aspects of setting up chat trees for campaigns to work. The chatbot uses AI to learn the information on a website, as well as learning from PDF documents, word docx. and URLs, even videos through link URLs. There is no extra cash outlay on the part of the purchaser such as chat GPT or other AI prescriptions necessary. There are no hidden costs if you set up integrations correctly, for example you can make use of Zapier for free. There are a number of ready made chat trees for many businesses. HumanBot can recognize IP addresses so it knows from where chat participants come.  It also can be translated into several languages and dialects. In depth analytics and statistics for every campaign.

> **Cons**: HumanBot comes with some restrictive elements such as the fact that not all companies' internet browsers allow their employees to see what the chatbots are capable of but perhaps that could be to do with SSL requirements etc..

> I am of course, still in the try out and experimental, stage of setting up campaigns with HumanBot but I find it easy to use by following the valuable  video training lessons and masterclasses.
