> **Pros**: There are a couple of features that I really like from Survey Analytica, the AI chat assistant to build surveys easily without having the prior knowledge of the field. Their sentiment analysis feature is also a great one and I especially love the option to import data from any external source which none other platform offers. Other than that their flows feature is really good which automates most of our tasks, saving time and seamlessly integrates with our existing tools and softwares.

> **Pros**: Let's get the most impressive requirement of almost everyone, it's the budget for a survey solution system.  SurveyAnalytica is providing way more services than what you will be paying for.  There price point put a shame on the big Qual... analytics company.  Support is always providing you answers and mind you, I've asked for a feature set, and they listen.  They provide it within the few weeks of inquiry.  They even give you updates on what's new via chat.  They are relatively I think new in the business, but they already have all the basic to even advanced AI setup for you to use.

> **Cons**: I think the only thing I would like them to improve is the addition of layout options and additional theme customization.  Though the surveys already looked good, I'm just probably asking too much.

(which is too way expensive and you might just realize you are just using a handful of their feature set) and just wanted to have the most useful features; like the building simple/complex survey, contacts database, email customization, email reporting such as success/bounce, workflows, analytics, dashboard, API integration/connection and newly added AI feature, Survey Analytica is way to go\!
