> **Cons**: I still haven't nailed down the syntax and capabilities for searching through logs for pertinent data. This is not a big deal, however, as the Incident Response assistance that Quadrant offers allows me to work directly with their team when I need to understand what happened during any incident.

For instance, there was a critical Ransomware alert for which they called us on and we were able to remove the suspected device from the network and prevent the ransomware from propagating through the network.
