Digemy has been a lifesaver for the Freedom of Movement People Support Team, especially with its educational videos guiding us through the platform. The standout feature, though, is the exceptional support from the Digemy Team. They consistently go above and beyond, proofreading modules and offering valuable tips whenever needed, showing commendable dedication.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about Digemy; it's truly been a fantastic journey so far. While starting something new can be daunting, once you get the hang of it, you'll see what an incredible platform it is! With its user-friendly interface and comprehensive support, Digemy has consistently surpassed my expectations.

Pros:

The consultative approach. We are not experts at microlearning, and leant on Digemy for their guidance on how best to drive adoption of new technologies in market. Each Digemy team member is skilled in their respective craft, and it is refreshing working with such professionalism from the Platform, to the Project Management, and the People.

Cons:

After 18 months, I do not have a single point of improvement.

I like the fact that it was an easy and interactive platform that allowed me to not only learn about the company I work for and the products, but also allowed me to test that knowledge.

Comments: Overall, I am so thankful for Digemy. It taught me how to use my time more pro-actively. When sitting and waiting for a customer. I can login, start or continue with a course. It saves all changes so I can always pick up where I left off should my customer be ready to see me.

That I am able to improve my knowledge at any time and place. There is a variety of courses that can suite anybody's needs. The refreshment questions assist you to store everything that you learn in your long-term memory.

There is nothing that I disliked. It's been a very convenient tool to use. Maybe Digemy could be linked with whatsapp in the future to send you refreshment questions etc

Comments: It was quite an easy experience, everything made sense and was intuitive. They also provided a lot of content to help me along the way

Pros:

I really love the look and feel of Digemy. Speaking from a tech perspective I think the UI is super clean and polished! Digemy is a great learning platform and I love how they offer both video or text learning resources. I have never been good with learning through video and find reading a far more concrete way for me to learn things. Most other learning platforms only provide video content which can become boring and unappealing quickly, whereas Digemy with their text modulesm, quizzes and plethora of features such as the recap room and adaptive learning help keep me engaged and coming back to learn more.

Cons:

Nothing really to dislike really. If I had to choose one thing is that getting into it initially was slow but once I got into it I was hooked!

Comments: Digemy helps with several problems such as disengagement with learning: Traditional training can be boring, leading to disengaged learners. Digemy’s elements like points, badges, and leaderboards makes learning more interactive and enjoyable.
Traditional training may not provide clear insights into how well information is being absorbed. Digemy offers analytics and reporting that allows me to track learner progress and measure the effectiveness of their training programs.

Comments: I knew nothing about saving,long-term goals and financial goals since I joined Fomify everything changed. Product knowledge improved at work 👌, I could remember each garment I saw on the platform due to learning objectives,spelling points on how to sell certain products on our customers and why should they buy,what is it so important about particular items in the store. I gained knowledge were I was lacking on.

Self-learning is significant in the era of globalisation. However, it can be super exhausting when the platform is not set out in a manner that keeps a user engaged! I love Digemy because from the courses, to the introductory classes and recap sessions, it is set out to keep a user engaged.

Not much, but maybe accessing a certificate could be made more accessible. It was a bit of a process figuring out how to navigate it.

I was impressed by the platform's features and the positive impact it had on my learning experience. The courses I have taken so far were well-structured and engaging. The learning material was presented in a clear and concise way. The platform utilises a variety of learning formats, including videos, quizzes to test your knowledge, and a recap room to revise what you've already learn't, which keeps learning dynamic and interesting.

Cons:

There is a lot of information to take in when you first start using the platform. However, the easy navigate tools and platform How-to guide assisted with that.
