When I encountered an issue with setting up the DNS, Anant quickly jumped on a video chat and guided me through the solution. The SendMails dashboard is also very user-friendly.

> **Cons**: The downside isn’t with SendMails itself but with setting up Amazon AWS and getting approved, which can be time-consuming. Additionally, navigating around AWS can be a bit confusing.

> **Cons**: A buggy software that never did function as promised, horribly outdated UX, features that never worked, overblown promises that were not fulfilled, their complete lack of accountability, horrible customer service

> Extremely poor. An early request for a refund was ignored while they pestered me to give them another chance (I'd be happy to supply emails illustrating this)

Thinking that I'd give them a chance, they simply never delivered on their promises and the software was completely unusable, buggy, next to impossible to use and with no genuine customer service
