> **Pros**: Flexibility of the product: feature rich, turn-key solutions that fit our mom-and-pop clientele all the way up to large nationally recognized franchises/brands.  Ease of use, the willingness to help build new features or solutions for our ever-growing customer base.

> **Cons**: Minor things that are quality of life improvements are all I can think of. Datacap portal in Edge browser cuts off the view XML request button and there is no scroll bar on the bottom of the site. Maybe more communication on new features and support, automatic updates to deployed products in the field, etc.

> **Pros**: Integrating with the DataCap API for both card present and card not present environments was seamless. Where DataCap shines is their customer support. Our integration support is exceptional. They are really quick to answer questions and help us solve problems. We've done integrations with numerous credit card processors and none comes even close to matching DataCap's integration support.

> **Pros**: It's so easy and trouble free, customers forget that it's there.

> **Cons**: None spring to mind.  It is a fabulously well thought out product.

> Being the intermediary between the restaurant and ISO or processor allows me a unique perspective.  Too often customers are unable to get answers from their ISO's or they get incorrect answers and come to us, as the POS provider, to fix it.  I don't have time for the finger pointing game most of those companies engage in.  Without hesitation, my first call is always Datacap.  Their support team cuts through all the unknowns to give me clear, correct knowledge to help my clients resolve the issue.  I work with dozens of ISO's and direct processors.  In my opinion, Datacap's Support Team excels far and above all of them in terms of product knowledge and superb troubleshooting.
