> **Pros**: Payroll4Construction is extremely easy to use for our certified payroll.  The reports are easy to understand.  The annualization required by New York State is tracked properly by Payroll4Construction.

> **Cons**: The part that is frustrating is when you need to log a call for help. You wait for a call back or for someone to log the call back to you. Too tedious of a process when you are looking for an immediate answer for when you are doing a task in the program.

> I would say that the experience to do the transition definitely takes the full month to get up to speed. I was hoping it would be quicker but it is what it is.

I try not to bother them too much by learning and handling my own problems, but when I'm desperate for their help, it's always a pleasure dealing with them.

Thank you for all you do.  Payroll is less intimidating with the Pros on my team.
