> **Pros**: What I like most about Evalufy is how much time and guesswork it saves. Instead of drowning in hundreds of CVs, I can rely on AI-powered assessments whether video, psychometric, or role-specific—to surface the right candidates quickly. The Arabic-first support is a huge differentiator in our region; it feels built for us, not adapted from somewhere else. I also love the collaborative review features: multiple hiring managers can leave feedback in one place, with AI summaries making alignment much faster. Finally, the candidate experience is smooth and mobile-friendly, which helps reduce drop-offs and keeps our employer brand strong

> **Cons**: The only drawback we faced was the adjustment period at the very beginning—our team needed a little time to get used to AI-driven evaluations instead of relying on traditional CV screening. Some of the more advanced features, like logic jumps and proctoring, are only available in the Pro plan, so smaller teams may not use them right away. That said, once we got comfortable, the platform proved intuitive, and the support team was always available to guide us whenever we had questions
