> **Pros**: My favorite feature is the fact that the platform interfaces directly with clients, eliminating the need for my team and I to have to collect documents manually.. BankStride exceptions tracking and loan monitoring is cutting-edge solution to improve the digital experience with borrowers. It streamlines the reminder notifications to get documents from customers for financial requirements, covenants, non financial documents.

> We have large number of commercial loans to monitor for exceptions tracking. Bankstride automates exception tracking, tickler management, covenants monitoring, document collection, and risk reporting, eliminating the email back-and-forth and making it easy for our customers. It makes it easy for our customers to stay compliant and our bankers to focus on revenue-generating tasks.

> **Pros**: I liked that fact that it automates so many of the manual processes of commercial loan underwriting and monitoring without losing the personal touch of community banking. It actually enhances the customer's experience.
