> **Pros**: It offers a wide range of features but they are very well put together and easy to use. Great user experience with clearly defined tasks and roles. Kadar helped us streamline our daily workflows, while at the same time offering our people a clear path to developing their careers further. Kadar’s Learning Library has really helped us focus on people growth.
