> **Pros**: The concierge-level support is great for both administrators and employees. We also appreciate the flexible pricing structure and the consultative approach to helping us with leave issues, compliance, policies and best practices.

> **Cons**: The only downside I can think of is one thing that would be a nice-to-have, which is seeing more detail on how much eligible leave time is available to an employee and not just what they're taking.

It would be helpful if each LOA housed a running LOG of those conversations and the HR Team member would receive a notification that they have an update on an LOA - go to the Dashboard to that LOA see the update and respond. This way HR needs to pull history - for litigation or separation - or another HR member needs the history - everything is in one place. &#10;2. All the leave specialists provide exceptional service, and I know we can email the general sparrow email with a question or concern. But it would be helpful to have one assigned specialist for all cases.

> **Pros**: The customer service for our team members in helping them apply for all of the paid leave they have available for them. In addition, the way that they respond quickly to any email and willingness to set up a meeting if needed on short notice.

For the price we pay for each leave through Sparrow in addition to what we paid for our initial set up, they should be making sure that there are no discrepancies in pay for team members. However, when we did bring an issue to their attention, they made it right :)

We think that after we figure out a few kinks with how certain policies are applied and make sure the Sparrow team follows those policies, it will be smooth sailing\! Until I nudged the lead leave specialist, our "contact us" section of the platform was blank so it wasn't clear who to raise strategic partnership questions to. That said, once I said something it was fixed in a day and of course they were both receptive to the feedback and very responsive.
