The user interface is easy to understand and use. It offers a few filters to narrow down your search. The selection of restaurants very much depends on your location. The order process is easy to grasp and offers a variety of payment options. You can collect points on the platform itself to exchange for gifts or vouchers, and also collect "stamps" for participating restaurants for freebies. > > **Cons**: The frequent, tiny and mostly (for the user) useless changes to the user interface are annoying. The same goes for the "promoted" restaurants and the seemingly conscious effort to make simple features like accessing a restaurant you've ordered from before hard or impossible to use. The few filters offered are not what you would expect. For example, for the minimum order value you only get 3 options: Free, 10€ or less, 15€ or less. A simple slider or input field for a custom value would benefit the user immensely. The same applies for delivery costs. Your only choice is free or not free without any option to filter out restaurants that charge 50€ delivery costs in your search. The website itself is also a hot mess regarding design. The starting page uses a full width layout, while the search itself is a mix of full width (menu) and boxed (content).
