- Rules can currently only be stored with AND conditions. This results in a large number of rule systems. 
- Direct SQL database integration in Smartform Designer is missing
- Mail dispatch in different languages only possible in a cumbersome way
- Mail dispatch for individual processes cannot be automated (always all or nothing)
