> **Pros**: Tixr makes purchasing tickets fairly easy but it's not as professional as other ticket apps.
> 
> **Cons**: I purchased my tickets and they never showed up. I later learned that they would appear a few days before the event. I have bought a lot of tickets through other companies and the ticket always appears right away so it was strange. I tried to contact customers service to verify my purchase and found they are extremely difficult to get a hold of. You cannot call and they only want communication via email.
> 
> I will not purchase tickets through Tixr again. It was a very frustrating and seemed like a scam as first. It is not but they do not operate with the professionalism of other companies.
