> **Pros**: It's the very first software for community managers. You can add all your customers' accounts, manage Facebook and Instagram accounts simultaneously, reply to messages and comments, and even schedule posts.

> **Cons**: Sometimes, previously scheduled publications are unfortunately not published. So it's important to keep a close watch to make sure that publications are really made.
> 
> Link your Facebook and Instagram accounts, plan your posts, comments and messages, all with a single program. Unfortunately, it used to be impossible when publishing an Instagram video to choose whether it would simply be sent as a feed or whether it should be published as a Reel, but since Instagram systematically publishes all videos as Reels, this problem has been solved.
