> **Pros**: The effeciency of the product. It takes a short amount of time for our agents to prepare and send through a proposal to our clients. The interface is easy to use on pc, ipad and iphone which allows them to be completed on the go.

> **Cons**: I now find that a lot of the time I have search in REA sold and Then add properties manually.  I have had people comment about a house close by that had just sold and settled but not in the report. So now I do a two stage search and add process.

> **Pros**: It's great to be able to sign authorities and contracts via Realtair, as most of our vendors do not live locally (holiday homes) or are busy.Also like how quickly you can prepare a professional looking CMA.

> **Cons**: Feeds from Pricefinder - seems to miss a lot of relevant listings - both with past sales and current listings. Feedback from admin staff is it's hard to get support, and once set up it's challenging to update templates so after sales support is a weakness.We want landsize on our appraisals for the property we are appraising and have been waiting a number of months.

> I enjoy using Reatair and find it very quick and easy to use.  It's also great to look back and have your appraisals all in one place to view.

> **Pros**: The ease of sending out a proposal and getting an Agency Agreement prepared for remote signing.
> 
> **Cons**: Information from the first step of the campaign (profile) does not get copied to the Agency Agreement and that all needs to be filled in again. including the commision from proposal and selling estimate. the marketing campaign doesnt attach to the Agency Agreement properly and is not viewable at the time of signing. Further, in the COnveyancer / solicitor field that should be a "search" bar and auto fill the details of address etc.

> Pretty good overall, slightly frustrating at times, unable to make a property sold from the iPad as it asks for the Owners to sign the contract first. very impractical.
