> **Pros**: Love the customizability and the tight integration with the other Dynamics 365 modules/data.

> **Cons**: Missing a lot of features by default, when compared to Hubspot. For example, there is no way to track source of leads and no integration to automatically capture that with tracking code or Google analytics.
