> **Pros**: I love the variety it has, how easy it can make it feel to learn, the structure of the interface that allows it to be easy to use, and the quality and clarity with which the workshop leaders deliver the class, which allows an atmosphere to be created of security and trust.

> **Cons**: As I mentioned before, the fact that they are virtual courses becomes complicated, sometimes you have to wait a long time for a teacher to correct your work, I think it is something that could be improved because if you do not receive a grade from your teacher, you will not you get your certificate.

> **Pros**: Contraté Crehana porque necesitaba desarrollar a mis equipos de diseño, producción audiovisual y liderazgo. La herramienta de Skill XP que tienen nos ayudó mucho a detectar qué habilidades necesitaba desarrollar en mis equipos y fue muy fácil crear las rutas de aprendizaje. El panel de administrador es muy fácil de usar y nos permitía ver el avance de los cursos en tiempo real. Las nuevas "habilidades" que mi equipo ha aprendido con Crehana nos ha ayudado a fortalecer la oferta de servicios de mi agencia y ha mejorar mucho el ambiente de trabajo, he notado que todos se sienten mucho más preparados para nuevos retos y eso ha aumentado la productividad. Sin duda es una herramienta que recomendaría para desarrollar a los equipos.

> **Pros**: Me ha gustado el esquema de elaboración de Rutas de Aredizaje y el uso del software en general es muy sencillo de utilizar; el que puedo descargar los cursos para verlos posteriormente sin necesidad de conexión durante trayectos - viajes;  el material y contenido didáctico que ofrecen es de alta calidad;  de cada curso tomado definitivamente le he sacado provecho a muchas ideas y conceptos para aplicarlos a mi profesión.

> **Cons**: De momento no cuento con algo que no me haya gustado. El software es muy amigable en su uso práctico así como en el seguimiento administrativo del avance de los cursos.

> **Pros**: Me gusta mucho que a diferencia de otras plataformas, en Crehana se puede gestionar y validar el aprendizaje por medio de los proyectos y las asesorías de los mentores. También es importante recalcar que la calidad del contenido es bastante buena.

> **Cons**: No se pueden mandar notificaciones ni reenviar las invitaciones “pendientes” de manera masiva con facilidad.
> 
> Crehana nos está ayudando a llegar a más colaboradores, elaborando planes de desarrollo a su medida. De igual forma nos ayuda a tener una propuesta de valor de aprendizaje mucho más atractiva para nuestro cliente interno.
