> **Pros**: 予約が入った後のzoomやgooglemeetのURLを自動で送信してくれる。
空枠を管理画面で設定するのではなく、googleカレンダーをもとに判断してくれるので、ほかの予定との調整に気を付けなくてもいい。
フォローアップメール、リマインドメールを自動で送ってくれる。

> **Cons**: 予約が入った後の情報の修正、追加があまりできない。（参加者が増える場合や、対応スタッフが変わる場合等）

> お客様との打ち合わせの予定調整に使っています。いままで、予約をもらってから確認メールを送ったり、リマインドをしたりといった業務に時間がかかっていたが、その手間がなくなりました。
予約が入った後に必要な作業を自動でやってくれるので、スケジュールが埋まっている場合でも安心して業務できるようになりました。
加えて、スタッフの人員が増えた場合でも、簡単にカレンダー連携ができるので使いやすいです。
