> **Pros**: Before, internal approvals were paper-based, but after switching to rakumo, approvals and circulars can be done more quickly. Also, we can use our smartphones to make decisions even when we are out of the office without a PC, which is very convenient.

> **Cons**: If there is a return, the decision and circulation route must be re-set, which is very cumbersome when setting up a large number of people, and there is a risk of forgetting to set up the route.
