> **Pros**: Skitch is the best program for taking screenshots and add notes and highlight important info. It's definitively better than the included app for screenshot in Windows 10, which doesn't let add text and have limited options for colors and markers.

> **Pros**: Sharing files with clients and for marketing purposes is much easier given the markup tools available. I love how sharing content that needs greater clarity beyond words and images is easier and how it allows for a "mini-presentation" to be given so quickly.

> **Cons**: I don't like how there are not as many text options available as would serve the software. I think it needs a more elegant look to it, and less cheesy so it can bring a greater flair for professional context.

> I really enjoy this product. I think it's a great option for sharing content for clients. It does need a better cross-link between professional and personal context balancing utility and aesthtetics of what's possible to present in a professional context.

> **Pros**: I love that after a quick keyboard shortcut, I get the crosshairs on my screen to take a screenshot at whichever size I want\! You can then immediately drag and drop the image into most web based programs (slack/gmail/etc) This saves so much time because you don't need to find the screenshot somewhere on your computer.

> **Cons**: Very rarely, the mac app is unresponsive.
> 
> Each time I get a new computer, Skitch is on the list of must have apps. I've been using it for probably 7 or 8 years and haven't found a better screenshot tool.
