> **Pros**: The fact that forms are so highly customizable and take payments has made my job directing our formation program so much easier. I love how intuitive the database is and the customer service is excellent. The fact that they added so much to sacrament tracking in consultation with actual users is a testament to their responsive to our needs

> **Cons**: I am hoping they will improve the "Schedules and Plans" feature to reflect the needs of Catholic parishes more closely...while I use it, it is not as intuitive as the rest of Parishstaq
