It provides equal treatment to candidates in data-driven decision-making. It ensures standardised measurement of recruitment competencies within the scope of each interview.

> **Cons**: Socially, due to the prejudice against AI, candidates are reluctant to complete the process. I know that recording images is not mandatory, but for those who do not consider this option, the feeling of feeling ready and comfortable to record the image may postpone the interview.

We even used it to collect feedback on customer experience. It supports today's digital transformation of HR, especially in HR analytics and data processing and working with big data. Vireup should definitely be part of the ATS system.
