> **Pros**: What I liked most about Zoho Learn is how easy it is to organize training into courses, manuals, and learning paths. The interface is intuitive, and because it integrates with the rest of the Zoho ecosystem, it has the potential to become a central hub for employee onboarding, SOPs, and ongoing staff training.

> **Cons**: The initial setup isn't very intuitive for first-time users. I would like to see a guided onboarding wizard, more industry-specific templates, and tighter integration with other Zoho applications such as CRM, Desk, and FSM. It would also be helpful to have built-in screen recording and richer reporting to track learner progress more effectively.

> Overall, my experience with Zoho Learn has been positive.
