> When I used Insights for You in my NKU undergrad class a couple years ago, data was displayed in a hexagonal map. It was easy to see strengths and weaknesses. With the bar charts separated by drop-down menus, it is hard to get a wholistic picture of your quantitative rankings. There was also an app, which I prefer over the web experience. Also, I wish there was an administrator function that could automatically start feedback rounds for groups. Currently, each individual is tasked with starting their own feedback round, leading to inconsistent feedback deadlines.
