> **Pros**: What I like most about Finli is the customer support, the ease of use to set up and send out invoices, and that the company is constantly looking for ways to improve their system.

> **Cons**: I feel there could be more reports/analytics available for income generated and monthly sales, customer stats how they're paying, etc.  I also would benefit from a messaging system being integrated somehow to send reminders that bills are due or to communicate with customers directly from the Finli site.

> I switched from Square to Finli during the beginning of the pandemic, I wasn't looking to switch but after meeting on zoom and getting an overview of the program I discovered it could do more for me as a business. I am able to integrate customer profiles, invoicing and payment processing all in one.  Plus the amazing customer service and constant contact for support makes me an extremely satisfied customer\!
