Die Automatische Erkennung des Absenders funktioniert nicht immer einwandfrei. Ärgerlich ist die umständliche Zustellung von Warensendungen, was jedoch mit CAYA nichts zu tun hat. Hier werden die Dokumente geöffnet und fotografiert. Im Business Paket sollte eine mehrfache statt nur monatliche Zustellung inklusive sein. Selten erfolgt eine Zustellung in einem größeren, zeitlichen Rahmen. > > Da ich viel im Ausland unterwegs bin, ist für mich die elektronische Zustellung der Post unabdingbar. Mit CAYA kann ich sicherstellen, dass meine Dokumente OCR fähig revisionssicher abgelegt werden und ich selbst entscheiden kann, welche Dokumente ich postalisch benötige und welche nicht.
