> **Pros**: Using Connect, you can charm your customers with Omni channel customer service using its intelligent, reliable, and automated helpdesk ticketing system. Moreover, it helps meet the needs of different businesses at the same time.

> **Cons**: The screen-popping upgrade notifications, such as ""New update available,"" which appear after every update, did not particularly appeal to me. Also, it should be either weekly or monthly. Additionally, whenever a call ends, it takes a while for the connection to end, which can be frustrating when you are short of time. Otherwise, Connect is all good\!

> Overall, I am happy with Connect. Regarding project progress, Connect helps us all to stay on the same page. For my team and me, Connect makes everything transparent as we can communicate instantly. Prior to that, we used other tools, but they provided no help in real-time collaborations. > **Cons**: Within the internal chat feature, there is sometimes a glitch in the boards, and the notification does not disappear, which is annoying. Apart from this, I found this software very helpful.
