> **Pros**: Accuracy and thoroughness of tool, and the support of the team/account manager\! Adpolice clearly hits the target on the head with it's search technology, and enables us to consistently catch fraudulent partners and competitors and keep our program clean. Our account manager has been incredible in helping us understand and implement the tool for our needs.

> **Cons**: The UI of the tool is not my favorite - after having tested a couple other tools (Impersonally was my favorite alternative), I think Adpolice is missing some simplicity in filtering, sorting, and viewing cases.

I also believe the AD reports that we send to partners could be better displayed so that partners understand what we're sending them. More clarity on the search terms, where their ID was found, and how this allows us to immediately remove them from our program if we want.

and the team. I would say what's really kept us using the tool and not switching to an alternative is the constant support and also the improvements you've made over the year we've been using you. As mentioned above, I think the tool UI/UX has some work to do but you are majorly compensating with the team you have. And the accuracy of the tool itself is excellent.
