> **Pros**: Compliance was a big deal for us a few years back and Ovation helped us meet the need. They were willing to hear customers and organize discussion to help capture requirements and involve us in  determine priorities.
> 
> **Cons**: I would like to see a more modern User interface however this is again just bells and whistles for something that gets the job done.
