> **Pros**: Everstage does a great job simplifying commission tracking and making earnings visibility clear for both reps and leadership. The dashboards are intuitive, compensation plans are easy to understand, and it eliminates a lot of manual spreadsheets and back-and-forth. I especially appreciate how transparent it is...there’s far less confusion around payouts and performance metrics.

> **Cons**: Some of the more advanced configurations and reporting features have a learning curve at first, especially if you’re new to incentive compensation tools. It can take a bit of onboarding time to fully unlock all of the platform’s capabilities.

> Overall, my experience with Everstage has been very positive. It brings clarity and trust into the compensation process, which is huge for sales teams. Once set up, it saves time, reduces errors, and gives everyone confidence that commissions are being calculated accurately. Support has been responsive, and the product continues to improve over time.
