> **Pros**: Releva has an AMAZING team. Whether it's sales, support, tech, onboarding, you name it. Their people just want to see you happy with your choice and they work tirelessly to provide the best possible outcome for your needs. We switched out email automation marketing from Klaviyo and every last bit of our setup was done properly, on time and we had even better results after we had it run for two months. Deliverability of the emails is sky high, the tools provided are really useful to grow your audience, increase conversion rates and average order values and everything in between. Retargetting is done in many ways. Whether it's flows, recommenders, campaigns, popups, push notifications, SMS, Viber messaging, they have it and they know how to help you and guide you through the process. It's also really remarkable that after the first meetings, they don't leave you hanging. They are available to try any new ideas you might have, suggest and provide their knowledge on anything you might need to implement.

In general, the + are

- ease of use 
- easy and quick implementation (they do the initial setup)
- quick reply from their support team 
- it can be used frequently alone (it's AI so after the initial setup is easy to use)
- plenty of features (they keep adding even more)
