In an agency we are trying to sell our candidates to a client and therefor need them to be comfortable, relaxed and able to redo their video. Being recorded does not come naturally to everyone. Some great candidates would have lost out on opportunities, purely because they looked awkward on their video. It is a lot of management to continuously look at all the videos and reset the terrible ones, and then asking them to redo it. I would also like them to be able to watch their video at the end and be happy with their submission. > > Overall, I received great service from everyone at Wamly. I did have one problem. When my free trial expired, I had to select an option to continue. After looking at the packages available I could not negotiate the premium package with my boss. The other packages had limited features and were not going to meet my needs. I also found it difficult to get my candidates to do a video interview. A lot of them had issues being recorded and saw the platform as a last resort. "If all else fails, I will do a video".
