When I’ve already paid for a full license, I expect some level of support and updates to solve existing issues, not just a prompt to spend more. Movavi really needs to start addressing their software’s current bugs before offering “new” features and pushing new versions every year. I’d love to see them prioritize a stable, responsive product instead of selling features that don’t even work.
