Comments: Cybersecurity is a number one priority and GoldPhish tackles the human element of that risk with ease. We won't be moving on from this product any time soon.

Pros:

This is a very slick product that is easy to roll out, delivers content with impact and is seamless to integrate.

Cons:

No issues as so far. The team action feedback and provide us with regular updates on new features.

Comments: As a regular user of Goldphish Cyber awareness training for various companies I have been involved with I can genuinely recommend the guys and their services without hesitation . The team behind this service is fundamental to my continued loyalty to their brand. The engaging and and human centric focus of the content is a major reason of it's success! I can honestly recommend 100% as a top class Cyber Security Solution!!

Engaging , relevant and human centric , customer focused training delivered in a high quality user interface.

Cons:

An app that customer s could also access this training on , for example their phones may be beneficial - such was the success of this project users wanted to engage in the training again a second time !

Cyber awareness training

Pros:

Highly recommend this all in one easy to use cyber awareness solution. Very comprehensive, easy to set up, also covers risk management training and phishing simulation

Cons:

The initial offer could be a little slow effecting user experience. Updated version much better

Comments: GoldPhish, in terms of its product placement and value for money has been the best product I've come across so far. I would highly recommend it to any one in the IT industry.

Pros:

The software is incredibly easy to use, simple and intuitive. The team has found it easy to onboard and the content gets straight to the point.

Cons:

Integration with my current infrastructure went incredibly well. I cant complain.

Comments: It addresses most important aspects in cyber security making it easier for our users to relate and protect themselves

It is easier to use and intergrates well with our systems.

Cons:

We had loading modules technical difficulties, users complete modules and the system shows as not complete.

GoldPhish Feedbacl - Reseller to Customers (& NFR)

Comments: I really like the product. In terms of deploying licensing, adding users and companies, content, and pricing are all massive bonuses to having people want to use it. Some of those finer details on adjusting the training and reports would make it a top end product.

Pros:

The videos and content of the modules are up to date and capturing. We compared the training to Webroot and it's definitely more relevant than their training. The flow of the work is great.

Cons:

I believe the test should be able to report back to admin on your first attempt results. Happy for users to re-do the tests but how do you honestly know if they took in the training if everyone gets 100% because they re-sit the test until they get that score. There's no GDPR module, which there should be. Need more questions, so users re-sit the tests, they get new ones, rather than the same 3-5 questions.

Exceptional

Comments: Incredible service-driven team that went out of their way to ensure my expectations were met and efficiently. GoldPhish's software was very informative, easy to use and educational. I was impressed with their training content and found them to be the best value-for-money solution available. I would highly recommend this company.

All features of this software met or exceeded my expectations.

Making sense of a foreign subject

Pros:

Unlike almost every other LMS product, I actually followed every step of the instruction. It was logical and took me from ignorant to enlightened.

Cons:

Not so much as a con of the product but a con of IT security in general. I could not explain to experts in the subject just how far this product brought me from incompetent to educated in such a short and painless experience. It is supremely difficult to explain first hand knowledge growth to subject matter experts.

Fantastic online product with incredible content on cyber security awareness

Comments: The support team and customer care team are hands-on. It feels as if every person at GoldPhish is invested in the success of the solution. Great people to engage with.

Pros:

Certainly the best online cyber-security awareness training on the market. The content is relevant and easy to digest with many take home points. It is also the most value for money from all the products that I have seen.

Cons:

Nothing missing as it covers all the essentials that are required for an online product of this nature.

Goldphish Allows Clients of Any Size to Purchase Security Training

Pros:

The ease of delivery is great. Admin portal simplifies delivery of training and phishing.

Cons:

Some of the language is not exactly how we write in the US. I.E. Organization vs Organisation as an example.

GoldPhish Platform

Pros:

The GoldPhish content is well thought through and relevant to a anyone who goes through the training modules. Through the training content they have managed to demystify cybersecurity in a way anyone will be able to understand, which will add great value to the business.

Cons:

A features one of my Client's requested was not available on the platform and GoldPhish kindly agreed to add the functionality to one of their software updates.
