> **Pros**: nothing.  Offered zero value to me as a user.
> 
> **Cons**: 1. Having complete information for the property that you're supporting.  You provide door key, BUT no security gate code.  At midnight of 4 July no means to contact you. In fact, software stated i didn't have a reservation (an i have screen shot)2.  NOT Having customer support 24/7/365.
