It's prompt, friendly and helpful. I remember at one point there was a feature I needed of felt the software lacked. Within a couple of days the dev team at yay had implemented it\! Stella service\!

Within minutes you can have custom email templates that look wonderful - the add-ons, such as conditional login and gift card templates, make it a true powerhouse. The way you can copy template designs from one template to another is a real timesaver.

> **Cons**: Maybe how it lacks a way to adapt global colours across templates.

> I love it...I tried to write something similar myself, but this just works out of the box, I recommend it to all my clients.
