It is easier to assign and manage tasks within the team and its easier to track those tasks as well, especially in my department. It makes it easier to stay within the same family of tech stack, that way you don't have to worry about a lot of integration since you're already or might be already using Microsoft. You can easily customize the buckets for your planner and track your tasks the way you want them and the same applies for projects. > > **Cons**: My main concern with Planner and what I like the least if the limitations on Workflow customization. It becomes a little challenging on this especially if you want to customize certain things for your projects's workflow which you will eventually have to find a way around, but that is my concern. > > My overall experience with Planner has been exceptional so far.
