> **Pros**: Can access sub-components of a formula directly from the formula (and can expand to see its components)
Has great search term functions (can include multiple criteria in different variations)
Can use an existing formula and save-as
Has a notes section
> 
> **Cons**: Easy to create a formula by accident and can't delete it without the proper access
The approval process takes very long - each sub-component of a formula must be approved before the final formula can be approved
Even though there's a change log of who did what type of change, can't see exactly what they changed
