They use App Folio for everything and seem to be a bit afraid to pick up the phone or actually visit the property. > > It has really crushed the personal interaction that our HOA used to have with the management firm whom we pay to over see the HOA. We used to be able to write an e-mail, or make a phone call whenever we had a concern.
