> **Pros**: I think the \#1 thing for our business is the customer service.  The support team is top notch and extremely prompt. If we have a time sensitive issue, it gets immediate attention.  We can call in for those quick responses or there is an email option for non-urgent.  But still answered in a timely manner.

> **Cons**: I am old school, I really wish there was a manual.  Or when we were converting over a checklist or something leading up to the main live system

> From the time we started working with them in the spring of 2024, to full conversion January 1 2025 they were there to answer all questions and help.  We came from an extremely old system that was developed in the 80s I think.  Converting was a challenge but they helped in anyway possible to make it easier.

It feels like a true partnership where user input is valued and acted on, which has made the overall experience incredibly positive.

Additionally, the inability to remove or hide unused tabs or selections makes the interface feel more cluttered than it needs to be.
