Wrike is a game changer when it comes to team collaboration

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Wrike helps us share knowledge and divide tasks with my team. It is easy to log in and check the tasks that need attention. It keeps everyone informed and allows users to contribute even when they are away from work.

Pros:

Wrike is easy to set up, esp. for users switching from another project management platform. All the team members can pick tasks and upload files when they are done, making it easy to keep tabs on every project. It saves our time and helps me monitor my team and assign tasks even my home office.

Cons:

Some team members upload their scripts and forget to move the cards. There is no way around it so they have to move the task cards to ensure the platform reflects the current project status. Automating the car movement could probably solve the problem. It does not look modern for users looking for attractive platforms.

Extremely Disappointed with the Wrike Team

2.0 10 months ago

Comments: I’ve been using Wrike for a while now, and honestly, I thought the software was pretty decent. But wow, their customer service and accounts team? A whole different story. We’ve been stuck in this crazy mess because of an internal error made by a former employee and we’ve been trying to sort it out for months in good faith with Wrike, but it’s like talking to a brick wall. It’s super frustrating and feels like we’re just going around in circles. Trying to get through to their customer service is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They dodge our calls, and getting any sort of response feels like a miracle. Either that or we end up speaking with really unprofessional reps that don't even bother to help or escalate. The times we did end up finally getting someone to help, they basically said, too bad, out of luck! And here’s the kicker – they’ve locked us out of our own data and systems because of this billing issue. It’s like they’re holding our data for ransom, which is just insane. It’s like they’re saying, “Nice data you have there, shame if something happened to it.” Not cool at all. Bottom Line: The software might be okay, but dealing with their team is a nightmare. It’s left a really bad taste in my mouth. If you’re thinking about using Wrike, just be aware of what you might be getting into with their customer service and billing. I’m definitely telling my network to steer clear!

Pros:

Good product solution for Project Management and would be an amazing bit of software if the support and accounts team were good to work with. They took an amazing product that I am about to walk away from, just because they have company syndrome now and like abusing the little guy!

Cons:

Customer service, support, and billing are awful. Beware!

Wrike is top of the line!

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: Our team was able to collaborate with each other all while utilizing the A.I. LLM features within the platform to seamlessly tackle tasks without having to switch between gpt apps.

Pros:

Wrike has a great interface that makes Project Management easy. The proofing tools made my job as team leader especially easy as it was a few clicks to fix typos before the project could be completed.

Cons:

There could be more features for financial aspects of the project, I only suggest this as a further upgrade as the platform could become a one stop for everything.

It has a positive impact on project management.

4.0 last month New

Comments: Wrike allows us to have a complete and detailed view of the work that is being done with one or several projects at a time. The dashboard of this platform has allowed us to better organize collaborative work by being able to manage team tasks in a simple way, without so many processes in the assignment of tasks. This platform is not only another organizer for project management but also provides data efficiently to the main project administrators and thus be more effective with delivery times. The reports with this platform are the most important of all the benefits obtained with this platform since they are generated instantly and are very clear with the project data, they can be generated at any time, thus showing the status of the managed projects.

Pros:

The most positive impact of this platform is the resources they have available on the website with examples of the use of all their tools. This has been quite useful since this platform requires enormous patience to be able to use it correctly and not get lost in the implementation process within a company regardless of its size. I also like the way in which projects can be viewed, I can have a clear visualization of the tracking of all employees involved in the different projects and know the status of each of their tasks, this has been able to help me manage collaboration in teams and know if the established deadlines are being met, all of this happening in real time. I feel that the integration has been one of the most complete features of this platform, practically any popular software or platform can be easily integrated into Wrike without requiring cumbersome configurations.

Cons:

This platform is not intuitive at all, and it is even clear that it requires going through a steep learning curve to properly manage this platform and not get lost in the process, as well as wasting time when managing projects. The way in which the panels can be customized within this platform could be improved; there is not much flexibility with respect to the colors that can be selected. In addition, the configuration of the custom fields is very limited, so this makes me work with just enough and I do not feel that I have total freedom of customization. It is difficult to combine tasks with projects in the reports, even in the panel; I find it uncomfortable to have these separate sections when they should be in the same place with a detailed view of each of the tasks in the same project, so most of the time I have to resort to manually joining these reports that are generated separately.

Very User Friendly

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: This software is so simple and yet so effective. It has provided all the tools I need to work more efficiently with projects as well as manage and track them. Other software can be so tricky and complicated to use when it comes to that, but Wrike makes it easy in that regard. The data management is also very user friendly as well. Overall a great project software!

Pros:

The collaboration is so practical with this software. Everything is so simple and easy to access. The integration is getting better and better with every update. I like the fact that there is also web, mobile, and desktop access as well.

Cons:

The time tracking is pretty basic compared to other similar software. It is a little expensive as well but nothing too ridiculous. Besides that there's nothing that would really stop me from using Wrike

I wish we could come back!

5.0 8 months ago

Comments: I think I can answer best if I go chronologically how it happened and how it affected me, good and bad. . I feel that will explain the roller coaster life of a sales assistant in media. At first, I was terrified, what was this new shiny thing? And how do I do my job and learn what all this does? Then while we were training, my eyes were opened to what I could achieve. Setting it up to work how I worked, and not having to do something a certain way just because that's how someone else does it, was liberating. Then it was taken away. That was a dark day indeed. We've gotten used to how it works now, but if I had an option I would go back in a minute. Using copy and paste cut down on the annoyance of having to note things more than once, and it's a small price to pay.

Pros:

I liked how it was customizable, and I often would switch from board view to list view to get a different perspective and keep things fresh. I liked how quick the updates were, and the ease of use. None of us were familiar with Wrike, and we got a crash course. Some took to it faster - getting used to the sub-tasks and they went in much deeper. But that was what made it work for all of us. We all work differently and my co-worker may get a task done more efficiently by making multiple sub-tasks and working through them while I do better with a check-list. (Oh, how I loved the checklist!)

Cons:

From an end-user point of view, my biggest complaint was that our sales team didn't use Wrike. This caused us to have to duplicate communications with the sales team. For example, we would have to put on our Wrike ticket that we completed the task and document how we did it for our management team, but then we'd have to do it again in Salesforce for the sales team. There was a good side to that as well though. It was as if we could use our Wrike tickets to freely communicate, and measure our words more carefully when we were writing to the sales team in salesforce. So even that wasn't so bad. The main thing I didn't like was the fact that we don't use it anymore. We were told by upper management that we needed something more granular and that we had tweaked Wrike as much as we could. But, to be honest, I think it was the fact that we've used Salesforce for such a long time and I don't see that changing, so they developed a sales support request system that lives in salesforce. It works, but I do miss Wrike.

Comments: The overall experience has been perfect, everything for a much more united team work performance and use is easy to learn without the need for long and boring training.

Pros:

Work communication began to improve when we started using Wrike, it is being able to have a start-to-finish plan for each project, managing each user a task and then bringing them together in a single project for better performance, we have real-time monitoring of each progress of each project to improve each error or lack of content that is needed, wrike has been a very useful platform for my work performance where each project we carry out is as a team and we all collaborate at the same time

A great tool for large teams

4.0 9 months ago

Pros:

Wrike has several functions that can help you on a daily basis to manage teams, understand a little more about the time it takes to complete each task, and stay on top of each task's progress.

Cons:

Today, for each demand a new task is created. If I need to approve some things, I will have several tasks for each approval and once completed, I no longer have access to the history, so this can cause a certain amount of disorganization in the long term. Furthermore, I cannot filter by tasks or keywords to find a specific demand, which is another point that leads to disorganization. These two points are met when using email.
